Copenhagen is the Culinary Capital of the Nordics and we are proud to be located here amid this dynamic and beautiful city. Having pioneered the Nordic cuisine movement, the entire country now bursts with local, seasonal, and sustainable places to eat, dine and enjoy our food. New concepts are bubbling to the surface all the time.

The most recent tally reveals that there are 24 Michelin stars awarded to 14 Copenhagen restaurants, but the accolades do not end here; in all there are 45 stars given out to 32 restaurants in the entire country in 2023. There are also 17 Green Michelin stars awarded in 2023. So by no means do you have to limit your exploring to just the capital. Our tour offerings bring you several places on Zeeland, the islands of Fyn or Bornholm in the Baltic Sea, for example. If you have a specific restaurant in mind, we can build a special tour around that for you.
